When the security threats are detected, the original files or detected harmful softwares such as spyware are sent to and stored in Quarantine depending on your scan settings. Also, the data removed during system optimization is copied to and stored for backup in Quarantine.
However, some of quarantined files may be required for your system operation or system restoration even though they can cause some damages to your system. If unknown or uncleanable viruses are detected and sent to Quarantine, you can send it to AhnLab for sample collection and analysis.
The collected data is used only for program development and performance improvements.

Caution
To delete the selected data only, right-click the data and select Delete. The deleted data in Quarantine cannot be restored any more. Therefore, you must make sure that the data is not required any more before you delete it. |
To submit unknown or uncleanable viruses, complete the following steps:
