Custom Execution Control

You can configure to control the execution of certain files or processes. This policy takes precedence over the inventory policy.

1. Click Policy.
2. Select the Security Program Policy tab.
3. Click Add.
4. From the drop-down menu, select AC Policy then AC Policy.
5. Go to the Custom Execution Control tab.
6. Click Add and fill out the details.

• Name: Enter a name of the custom policy.
• File/Process: Specify the path of the file or process for the policy.

Note

Note that Direct input from the drop down list is supported for Linux only.

• Response Method: Select to Deny or Allow the specified path or process. (Default: Deny)
• Logging: Click Enable to record logs every time the specified file or process is blocked or allowed.
• Description: Enter a description for the custom policy for your reference.

7. Click OK to create the custom execution control policy.
8. To modify or delete the policy, click Modify or Delete( ) in the list.
9. Click OK.
