NAT
If the server is in NAT environment, the server will have
the private IP address, and therefore the agent cannot connect to the
server. In such a case, the two network ports of the server should be
configured for communication with agents. The public IP address should
be configured in NAT in the following way. The public IP address of the
server and the agent IP address should be in the same network.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Domain > NAT
from the left side of the page.
- Enable or disable NAT.
- Enable NAT: If the server is in NAT environment,
the server will have the private IP address, and therefore the agent
cannot connect to the server. If the server is in NAT, enable NAT.
- Server Name: Displays the server name
- Private IP Address: Displays the private IP
address of the server.
- Public IP Address: Displays the public IP address
of the server. The public IP address of the server and the agent IP
address should be in the same network.
- Select Settings
on the bottom of the page.
