Email Template
When sending the alert mail, you can add, modify, delete
or search the template. Created mail templates can be imported.
Add Mail Template
The mail template is editable, and mail title, recipient name and advanced
rule names between products can be saved in macro. The rule settings and
mail template data can be saved in macro, and the images can be included.
You can add the mail template in following way.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Alert > Mail
Template Management in the left side of the page.
- Click Add and then
enter the required information.
- Add: Creates the new mail template or imports
the created templates.
- Create New: Creates the new mail templates.
- Import: Imports the already created templates.
Click Import Template..., elect the required
template, and then click Import.
- Name: Mail template name. Enter the name with
1-256 characters long.
- Macro: Template data can be saved in mail macro.
Click Select Macro... to select the macro
and then click Insert to insert the macro
into the body.
- Click Save.
Note
You cannot attach a file to the mail template.
Search Template
Enter the template name to search and then click Search.
Modify Mail Template
You can modify the mail template.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Alert > Mail
Template Management in the left side of the page.
- Select the mail template to modify in <Mail
Template Management> and then double-click.
- Modify the required items in <Modify Mail
Template>.
- Click OK.
Delete Mail Template
You can delete the mail template.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Alert > Mail
Template Management in the left side of the page.
- Select the mail template to delete in <Mail
Template Management>.
- Click Delete(
) next to the
selected mail template, or click Delete at
the top of the page.
