Database Backup
You can configure the database backup settings. You
can define the backup path and regularly run backup using scheduled backup.
Database Backup
You can configure the database backup settings in the following way.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Database > Database
Backup and then enter the required information.
- Back up database to a local disk: Saves the
backup files in the local disk.
- Location: Specifies the backup file path. Default Location: (Default /backup)
- Maximum number of backup files: Max number
of backup files allowed. The max number of backup files are 5.
- Back up database to FTP: Select either FTP
or SFTP for backup location.
- IP Address: Enter the IP address of FTP server
where the backup file is saved. Enter the IP address in IPv4 or IPv6
format.
- Port No.: The default port number is 21.
- SSL: You can select SSL for secure transfer
for database backup in FTP.
- User ID: Enter either FTP or SFTP server account.
- Password: Enter the FTP or SFTP password.
- Select Save on
the bottom of the page.
Note
Backup can be done up to 5 times, but f the backup database
is larger, backup files less than 5 can be saved.
Backup Scheduler
You can run back up on the scheduled time. All items in database will
be saved. You can configure the scheduled backup settings in the following
way.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Database > Database
Backup in the left side of the menu, and then enter the required
information.
- Enter the backup interval and time in Scheduled
Backup. Scheduled backup settings can be added up to 3.
- Last Backup Time The last time when the backup
was done.
- OLTP: Backup time of the OKTP database. Click
[Download] to download the backup OLTP
database.
- OLAP: Backup time of the OLAP database. Click
[Download] to download the backup OLAP
database.
- MongoDB: Backup time of the MongoD. Click [Download] to download the backup MongoD database.
- Interval: Select among daily, monthly and weekly.
The time range depending on the selected interval is as following:
- Daily: You can select the scan time. Select
among 00:00~23:59.
- Weekly: You can select the weekly to choose
the date and scan time. Mon to Sun, select the numbers between 00;00~23:59.
- Monthly: You can select the monthly to choose
the date and scan time. Select the numbers between 1 to 31 days and
00:00 to 23:59.
- Select Save on
the bottom of the page.

Scheduled backups can be added up to 3.
