Server Overview

You can view the summaries of all servers in the domain, and also can edit or remove the server. If you access one of the servers, you can manage the all agents and assign a specific role to the server including web server, default DB, log DB, file server, load balancer and suspicious behavior analysis server. If necessary, you can add additional servers and reserve the space for disk.

Note Caution

If the role is assigned to the server, it cannot be deleted. If you want to move the existing data including changing or deleting the database server, you  should follow the guidelines.
- The initially configured load balancer is only one and can never be changed. As the agent needs the server address to access, if the server is changed, the same IP address must be assigned.
- Database should be structured within LAN section.
- Transaction DB (OLTP) and statistic DB configured at initial login cannot be changed. If any change is necessary, you should follow the special guidelines.
- Only when the agent server is available, the role for file uploading can be assigned.
- The server with a specific role cannot be deleted from the domain.
- Log DB, suspicious behavior analysis/statistic server cannot be changed or deleted.
- Transaction DB and suspicious behavior analysis server cannot be operated simultaneously.
