Report Cleanup

When the report cleanup period is passed, the files will be automatically removed.

Configure Report Storage Period

You can configure the period to store the report files. You can configure the storage period settings in the following way.

1. Select Settings on the top of the page.
2. Select Report > Report Cleanup in the left side of the page.

• Cleanup Interval: Shows the interval of report cleanup. E.g. Everyday 04:30
• Latest Cleanup: Shows the last time the reports were cleaned up.

3. You can configure the period to store the report files.

• Retention Period: The period to keep the created report files. When the report retention period is passed, the files will be automatically removed. Retention period should be between 1 and 12. (Default: 3 months)

4. Click Save to save the settings.
