Deleting Agents
Delete agents based on the set agent policy.
- Log in to the admin console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select System/Group, or send Delete
Agent command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on System/Group and click Manage Agent > Delete Agent.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to delete and click Delete Agent, or click Send Management Command on
the top and then Manage Agent > Delete
Agent.
- The agent deletion page differs based on the
Delete Agent settings in Agent
Policy > Agent Operation.
- Allow when a correct agent password is entered:
Allow the user to delete the agent when the password specified in
Settings > Agent
Management Password is correctly entered.
- Always allow: Always allow the user to delete
the agent.
- Always deny: Never allow the user to delete
the agent. To allow agent deletion, change the settings in Agent
Policy.
- Allow when an one time password is entered:
Allow the user to delete the agent when the correct OTP is entered.
- OTP Authentication: Click Generate
One Time Password. The OTP will be sent to the OTP
Technical Support (Email) specified in Agent
Policy.
- Authentication Number: Enter the OTP received
via OTP Technical Support (Email).
