Domain
Domain Status displays the system resource status, summary
and service status of each server in the domain. The statuses displayed
differ according to your license.
The
Domain Status provides the following information:
- Domain status and role of each server
- Engine/security program update, server update
- Collecting and downloading server report
- Server data integrity check
- Latest/Current patch version

Update Now under Server
Update will
only be activated when logged in with Super Admin account.
Domain Overview
The domain status displays the system resource and summary (CPU, memory,
disk, network and database usage, engine version of each server, product
version and latest patch version), and service status (agent service,
database server (statistics DB and log DB), file server and load balancer
service status) of each server.
- Latest
Patch Version: The latest patch version of the server.
- Current
Patch Version: The server's current patch version.
- Collect
Server Report (
): Collect the report on the selected
server.
- Download
Server Report (
): Download the report on the selected
server.
- Remove
Server Report (
): Remove the report on the selected
server.
- Integrity
Violated(
): Displays the status of integrity.
- Data
Integrity Check (
): Check the data integrity of
all the servers. Use Data Integrity Check
to check for file modification after initial installation or patching.
- Server
Name (IP Address): The server name and IP address.
- Agent
Service: The agent service status - green when normal (
) and red when abnormal

- Transaction
DB: The transaction DB status - green when normal (
)
and red when abnormal (
).
- Log
DB: The log DB status - green when normal (
) and
red when abnormal (
).
- Load
Balancer Service: The load balancer service status - green when normal
(

and red when abnormal (

- File
Server: The file server status - green when normal (
) and red when abnormal

- Engine
Distribution: The engine distribution status - green when normal (
) and red
when abnormal (
).
- File
Upload: The file upload server status - green when normal (
) and red when abnormal

- System
Resource: CPU, memory, disk and network usage. System resource usage
is shown in green for 10-70%, orange for 71-90% and red for 91-100%.
- CPU:
CPU usage in %.
- Memory:
Memory usage in %.
- Disk:
Disk usage in %.
- DB
Size: Database size in MB.
- Network:
Network usage in Kbps.
- Version:
V3 engine version and server patch version.
- V3
Engine: V3 engine version.
- IPS
Signature: Current IPS signature version.
- Country
DB: Current country DB version.
- Server:
Server patch version.
Engine/Security Program Update
Send
a command to each server in the domain to update the engine and security
program.
- Upload
Engine/Security Program File: Upload the engine and security
program file to the server to use the server as the engine update
server. Click Upload Engine/Security Program File to manually upload
the engine and security program file.
- Update
Now: Gets the latest update file from the update server. This menu
appears only when 'Ahnlab Update Server' or 'User-defined Server'
is selected as the update server.
Note
Upload Engine/Security Program File
is only
available when CPP server is set as the update server in Settings
> Update
> Update Server Settings. Engine or patch files will continue
uploading in the background even when you close the upload window, and
Login Timeout will not take effect.
IPS Signature Update
You can update the domain's IPS signature. When the update is complete,
you are automatically logged out, so you will need to log in to the management
console again.
- Upload IPS Signature File: The administrator
can directly upload the IPS signature file to the server.
Note
IPS Signature Update is only available when
CPP server is set as the update server in Settings > Update > Signature Update
Server Settings.
IPS signature will continue uploading in the background even when you
close the upload window, and Login Timeout will not take effect.
- Update
Now: Gets the latest signature file from the update server. This menu
appears only when 'Ahnlab Update Server' or 'User-defined Server'
is selected as the update server.
Server Update
Update each server
in the domain. You will be automatically logged out when update is completed,
so you need to log back in.
- Update
Now: Update all the servers now. You need to log back in when update
is completed. Click Update Now. The message Do you want to update the AhnLab EPP Management server?
You will be automatically logged out when the update starts. Please
log in again after the update.

- Upload
Server File: Upload the patch file to the server to use the server
as the patch update server. Click Upload
Server File
to manually upload the patch file. When you click Upload
Server File,
<Upload Server File> will appear. Click Browse... to upload the patch
file to the server.
Use Data Integrity
Check to check for file modification after initial installation or patching.
To check the server's data integrity:
- On the top of the web page, click Dashboard.
- From the left menu, select Dashboard
> Domain Status.
- From the domain status
list, select the server to
run data integrity check and click Check
Data Integrity.
- In <Data Integrity Check>, click Refresh to update the hash value.
- Refresh: Update the data integrity check information.
- Time: The time the server's data integrity
was checked.
- Description: The description of the server's
data integrity check - starting and ending time, and corrupted data.
- Click OK.
