Flagged Agents

You can set Issue Condition Settings, check issues by product license, and check the overview of Flagged Agents.

 

You can check the following in Flagged Agents.

Note Note

Only the conditions set in [Issue Condition Settings] are counted as flagged agents.

 

Flagged Agents

Agents that meet the conditions set in [Issue Condition Settings] are shown under issue condition for each license. In Dashboard > Summary screen, click the number under a Flagged Agent to move to Management > Agent Status > Agent Issue Overview to check detailed info on the Flagged Agent.

 

Issue Condition Settings

Click [Issue Condition Settings] to set issue condition for each license. The issue conditions set in Issue Condition Settings are counted as flagged agents. Set issue conditions for each product in <Issue Condition Settings> and click OK to close the window. You will see the number of agents that meet the issue condition set for each product under each issue conditions in the Flagged Agents screen.

 

Overview of Agents with Key Issues

Displays the total number of flagged agents that meet the set issue condition.

Note Note

If 1 agent meets multiple issue conditions, it is counted as 1 Flagged Agent in No. of Flagged Agents. (e.g.: If an agent meets both ‘License Expired’ and ‘Integrity Violated’ condition, it is counted as 1)

 

V3

Shows issue condition for V3 license. Click the number under each set condition to move to Management > Agent Status > Agent Issue Overview to check detailed info on the Flagged Agents.

 

HIPS

Shows issue conditions for HIPS license. Click the number under each set condition to move to Management > Agent Status > Agent Issue Overview to check detailed info on the Flagged Agents.

 

AC

Shows issue condition for AC license. Click the number under each set condition to move to Management > Agent Status > Agent Issue Overview to check detailed info on the Flagged Agents.
