HTTP Header
Set the HTTP Header information for original IP address
identification in IPS. You can extract the original IP address by setting
a keyword suitable for your network environment as HTTP header.
From HTTP Header, you can:
- Add,
edit, and delete HTTP Header
Add HTTP Header
Follow the steps below to add HTTP Header.
- Select Policy from
the main menu on the top side of the web screen.
- Select the Security Program
Policy tab.
- Click Add > HIPS/Firewall
> HIPS Agent Policy.
- Select HTTP Header.
- Click
Add.
- Enter required items in <Add
HTTP Header>.
- Name: Enter the name
of HTTP header. Length of the name must be between 1 and 64 characters
for IP Exceptions.
- HTTP
Header: Enter the HTTP header. You can enter up to 32 alphabetic
characters and special characters. Spaces and * , : cannot be entered.
- IP
Exceptions: IP
Exceptions must be entered in a format of single
IP/CIDR. (IPv4,
IPv6 supported. e.g.: 192.168.0.12, 2002:9b3d:1a32:4:208:74ff:fe39:6c43)
- Description: Enter
a description for HTTP header. You can enter up to 128 characters
only.
- Click OK.
Edit HTTP Header
Modify the policy for the set HTTP header. Follow the steps below to
modify HTTP header.
- Select Policy from
the main menu on the top side of the web screen.
- Click Policy > Security
Program Policy tab.
- Click Add > HIPS/Firewall
Policy > HIPS Agent Policy.
- From the HTTP header list,
select an item
to edit and press
Edit.
- Make changes
to the item and click OK.
Delete HTTP Header
You can delete set HTTP header. Follow the steps below to delete
HTTP header.
- Select Policy from
the main menu on the top side of the web screen.
- Click Policy > Security
Program Policy tab.
- Click Add > HIPS/Firewall
Policy > HIPS Agent Policy.
- From the HTTP header list of HTTP
Header, select an HTTP
header to delete and click Delete

).
- Once the deletion confirmation message appears,
click Yes.
