Server
Display the server logs.
Server
provides the following information:
- Server event logs (Service, Admin, Update, Backup,
Distribution, File Sync and Agent Installation File)
- Export server logs
Note
Select the log search period on the top-right - Last
1 hour, Last 3 hours, Last 4 hours, Last 12 hours or Customize.
If you select Customize, click the calendar

select the date, and click the clock (
) to select the
time. Select the period to Refresh the logs
- Every 10 seconds, Every 30 seconds, Every 60 seconds
or Every 90 seconds.
To view the server logs:
- On top of the web page, click Logs.
- Select the Logs > Server
tab.
- From the log list, select the events to view.
Enter a search keyword or specify the search period to view logs.
- Event: Select the log type to view.
- Service Events: The service starting and ending
logs. Enter the keyword to search in the search conditions (Service
and Description) to view specific logs.
- Date: The service date and time.
- Server Name: The server name. It is set in
Settings > Domain Settings > Server List.
- Server IP address: The server IP address. It
is set in Settings > Domain Settings >
Server List.
- Service: The service name.
- Description: The service status - started,
terminated or integrity checked.
- Admin Events: The admin login event. Enter
the keyword to search in the search conditions (Admin ID, Admin IP
Address and Description) to view specific logs.
- Date: The log date and time.
- Admin ID: The admin that logged in.
- Admin IP Address: The logged in admin IP address.
- Description: The admin's login/logout status.
- Update: The update logs. Enter the keyword
to search in the search conditions (Server Name, Server IP Address
and Description) to view specific logs.
- Date: The log date and time.
- Date: The update date and time.
- Server Name: The update server name.
- Server IP Address: The update server IP address.
- Category: The update type - Engine or Server.
- Description: The success/failure status of
engine/server update. The engine type and version will be displayed
for engine update. Ex.) Urgent update completed. (Engine type: SES,
Engine version: 2019.03.25.00)
- Backup: The database backup logs. Enter the
keyword to search in the search conditions (Server Name, Server IP
Address and Description) to view specific logs.
- Date: The log date and time.
- Date: The database backup date and time.
- Server Name: The server name.
- Server IP Address: The server IP address.
- DB Type: The database type.
- Description: The database backup status.
- Distribution: The distribution logs. Enter
the keyword to search in the search conditions (Package Type, Package
Name and Description) to view specific logs.
- Date: The log date and time.
- Date: The distribution date and time - added
or deleted.
- Package Type: The distribution package type
- Security product installation package and Software.
- Package Name: The package name. Ex.) AhnLab
V3 Net for Windows Server 9.0
- Description: The package status - distributed
or deleted. Ex.) AhnLab V3 Net for Windows Server 9.0 package on the
server 3 succeeded. (Package ID: 73)
- File Sync: The file sync logs. Enter the keyword
to search to view specific logs.
- Date: The log date and time.
- Date: The file sync date and time.
- Description: The file sync status. Ex.) Synchronization
of V3 for VDI package started from the server 1.0.0.1 to the server
1.0.0.2.
- Agent Installation File: The agent installation
file logs. Enter the keyword to search in the search conditions (Installation
File Name and Description) to view specific logs.
- Date: The log date and time.
- Date: The agent installation file event date
and time - added, modified or deleted.
- Installation File Name: The installation file
name.
- Description: The installation file status.
Ex.) Registration of agent installation file (Windows) succeeded.
(File name: reinstallSetup.exe)
Export
Save the logs as a file.
- On top of the web page, click Logs.
- Select the Logs > Server
tab.
- Enter a search keyword or specify the search
period to view logs.
- Click Export to
save the file in csv, xlsx or pdf format.
