Intense Scan
Configuring the Intense Scan settings of V3 Net installed on agents.
The agent using V3 Net will be scanned according to the settings configured
by the admin.
To configure the Intense Scan settings:
- Click Policy on
the top.
- Select the Security
Program Policy tab.
- Click Add > Anti-Malware
Policy > V3 Net.
- To configure the Intense Scan settings, go to
PC Security > Scan Settings > Intense
Scan, and specify the following fields:
- Scan Target: Select the scan target.
- Potentially harmful programs: Scans the programs
that may cause damages to your computer.
- Potentially Unwanted Programs (PUP): Scans
the program that may be unwanted and unsecure but possibly installed
with your consent.
- Programs with a low reputation: Scan the program
that was diagnosed as a program with low reputation.
- EML files: Scans the content and attached files
of EML file. If the attached file is infected, the file will be repaired
and reattached to the file.
- Compressed files: Scans compressed files.
- Repair Process: Specify the repair process
when the security threats are detected.
- When a compressed file is infected: Select
whether to ignore or delete the unrepairable file.
- When an unrepairable file is detected: Select
whether to ignore or delete the file.
- Automatically remove detected malware: Automatically
repair infected files. If this option is selected, the user is not
prompted to select the repair process.
- Send the infected files to quarantine before
repairing or removing: Sends the infected files to quarantine before
removing or repairing.
- Scan Option: Specify the scan option to apply
to Intense Scan.
- After configuration, click Save.
If you want to get back to the default settings, click Default.
- When the <Add Policy> window appears,
select a target to apply the policy.
- When a confirming message appears, click OK.
