Hardware Status

You can create the report for the agent hardware information.

Hardware Status Report

You can view the report on the agent hardware status in the following way.

Select Report on the top of the page.
Select the Create Report tab.
Confirm the Hardware Status report from the name column of the list and click View in the column under the Creation Date. You can check the agent information and the following items in the hardware status.

Export(): Save the report contents in pdf, csv ad xlsx.
Print (): Print the report contents
Delete: Deletes the report on the screen.
Group: The upper group where the agent belongs.
Period: The period to check the hardware status.
Time: The time to create the report.
CPU: You can check the number of agents based of the CPU types. Click the number of agents to move to the detailed status.
Memory: You can check the number of agents based on the memory size. Click the number of agents to move to the detailed status.

Disk: You can check the number of agents based of the disk types. Click the number of agents to move to the detailed status.
Display: You can check the number of agents based of the display types. Click the number of agents to move to the detailed status.
BIOS: You can check the number of agents based of the BIOS types. Click the number of agents to move to the detailed status.

Check the details of the agent with the hardware.

Agent Details
Network Status: The network connection status.
IP Address: The agent's IP address.
Group: The agent's domain and group name.
Computer Name: The agent's computer name.
User Name: The agent user's name.
Department: The agent user's department.
Operating System: The agent computer's operating system.
CPU Details: The details on CPU.
Memory Details: The details on memory.
Disk: The details on disk (HDD1, HDD2, HDD3,...)
Display: The details on graphic card, graphic card chipset, graphic card memory size and monitor resolution.
BIOS: The BIOS manufacturer.
