OS Status
You can create the report for the operating system information
of the agents.
OS Status Report
You can view the report on the agent operating system status in the
following way.
- Select Report on
the top of the page.
- Select the Create Report
tab.
- Confirm the OS Status
report from the name column of the list and click View
in the column under Creation Date. You
can check the agent information and the following items in the OS
status.
- Export(

Save the report contents in pdf, csv ad xlsx.
- Print (
):
Print the report contents
- Delete: Deletes the report on the screen.
- Group: The upper group where the agent belongs.
- Period: The period to check the operating system
status.
- Time: The time to create the report.
- Desktop: The number of agents where the installed
operating system is a desktop.
- Server: The number of agents where the installed
operating system is a server.
- Number of agents. The total number of systems
where the agent is installed. Click the number of the agents to check
the detailed information.
- Click
on the right of the page to close the window.
You can view the basic and detailed agent information.
- Agent ID: Agent ID.
- Computer Name: Name of the computer where Windows
system information is configured.
- Logged in User The currently logging in user.
- Operating System: The operating system installed
in the agent.
- IP Address: Agent IP address.
- MAC address: Agent Mac address.
- Windows Task Group Task group which is configured
in the Windows system information.
- Network Status: Network connection status.
