Software Status
You can create the report for the agent software information.
Software Status Report
You can view the report on the agent software status in the following
way.
- Select Report on
the top of the page.
- Select the Create Report
tab.
- Confirm the Software Status
report from the name column of the list and click View
in the column under the Creation Date.
You can check the agent information and the following items in the
software status.
- Export(
):
Save the report contents in pdf, csv ad xlsx.
- Print (
):
Print the report contents
- Delete: Deletes the report on the screen.
- Group: The upper group where the agent belongs.
- Period: The period to check the software status.
- Total: Total number of agents to be listed
in the report.
- Software: Software name.
- Installation: Shows the number of agents where
the software is installed.
- Uninstalled: Shows the number of agents where
the software is uninstalled.
- Click
on the right of the page to close the window.
Agent Information
Check the details of the agent
with the software installed or not installed.
- Network
Status: The network connection status.
- IP
Address: The agent's IP address.
- Group:
The agent's domain and group name.
- Computer
Name: The agent's computer name.
- User
Name: The agent user's name.
- Department:
The agent user's department.
- Operating
System: The agent computer's operating system.
Shows the agent information with the software installed.
Shows the agent information with the software uninstalled.
