AhnReport Collection

From AhnReport Collection, you can:

• Collect AhnReport
• Check and download AhnReport

Collected Information

AhnReport collects information on the current state of the operating system that may affect the product operation such as installation results and error logs. This includes information about the system, network, hardware, installed software, files and registries. The information is collected by the Security Agent and is saved as a file in the format ARP_xxx.arc.

Note

The information is used for the purpose of error reporting only.

Check Collected AhnReport

Check the details on the AhnReport list as below:

1. Click Response on the top.

2. Click the Collect AhnReport tab.

3. Check the AhnReport Information.

• Total: The total number of collected AhnReport.
• Download: Download the collected AhnReport file. Select the file to download and click Download on top.
• Delete: Delete the selected AhnReport file. Select the file to delete and click Delete on top.
• Status: The response command status.
• IP: The agent's IP address from which AhnReport was collected.
• File Size (Bytes): The AhnReport file size.
• Admin Account: The admin that sent the command to collect AhnReport.
• Collected On: The time the AhnReport command was sent.

Look Up AhnReport

Search for AhnReport as below:

1. Click Response on the top.
2. Click the Collect AhnReport tab.
3. Select a search condition or enter a search keyword.

4. Click Search.
5. To check the AhnReport by period, specify the period on the right.

6. Check the result on the list.
