Response Schedule
Check the response schedule by response status, type
and interval.
From Response
Schedule, you can:

View Response Schedules
Check the details on the response schedule by status, type, interval,
target and last execution time as below:
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Schedule
tab.
- Check the response schedule list. Enter search
keywords to search for specific schedules.
- Add: Add a response schedule.
- Delete: Delete a response schedule.
- Modify: Modify a response schedule.
- Pending/Running/Complete: The response status
is displayed in numbers.
- Status: The response status - Pending (
),
Running (
) or Complete (
).
- Type: The task type.
- Schedule: The repeating interval.
- Target: The agent that received the response
command.
- Executed On: The last response execution time.
Add a Response Schedule
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Schedule
tab.
- Click Add.
- In <Add Schedule>, add the response schedule.
- Select the response type:
- Restart Agent: Restart the agent.
- Send Notification: Send a message to the agent
user in real-time. The agent can check the notification from the agent
icon on the taskbar. The notification will be sent to all sub-groups
or agents in the selected domain or group. If a top-level domain is
selected, the notification will be sent to all agents.
- Title: Enter the notification's title.
- Sender: Enter the sender's name. Usually the
administrator's name.
- Message: Enter the notification.
- Change Agent Communication Server: Change the
agent's server. Enter the server's IP address. Only the default port
number, 2186, can be used. Click Test Connection
to validate the IP address and then send the command.
- Apply Policy: Select a policy - agent policy,
local update server policy, and policy by security product - and select
the details.
- Import Software Information: Import the agent's
software information.
- Import Hardware Information: Import the agent's
hardware information.
- Manual Update: Manually update the engine and
patch file.
- Product: Select the security program
to update - AhnLab Security Agent, V3 IS 9.0, V3 ES 9.0, V3 Desktop
for Linux, V3 for Mac, V3 Net 9.0 or V3 Net for Linux/Unix, V3 for
VDI Agent.
- Run Malware Scan: Scan
the selected domain, group or agent for malware.
- End Malware
Scan: Ends the malware scan running on the system where the
agent is installed.
- Distribute Security Product: Check the registered
distribution file list and distribute them.
- Collect AhnReport: Collect AhnReport from the
agent computer.
- Timeout: Set the timeout to collect AhnReport.
- Analyze IPS Recommendation Environment: Scan
the system for analyzing IP recommendation environment.
- Change Operation Mode: Change the operation
mode for process execution control.
- Reset Inventory: Reset Inventory policy.
- Select an interval - Everyday,
Every Week, Every Month or Once .
- Select a target - domain/group, agent, IP address
range, department, OS or monitoring group.
- Domain/Group: Select the response target by
domain/group.
- Agent: Select the response target by agent.
- IP Address Range: Select the response target
by IP address range.
- Department: Select the response target by department.
- OS: Select the response target by OS.
- Monitoring Group: Select the response target
by monitoring group.
- Click Save.
Modify a response schedule
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Schedule
tab.
- Click the response schedule to modify.
- In <Modify Schedule>, make the modifications.
- Click Save.
Delete a response schedule
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Schedule
tab.
- Click the response schedule to delete.
- Click Delete(
) on the top.
- The message, Are you sure
you want to delete it?, will appear. Click Yes.
- Click OK.
