Changing User Information
Move an agent to another group, delete an agent or change
the agent information.
Change User Information
When the agent right-clicks on the agent icon on the taskbar
and enter the user information, the information will be sent to the server.
To enter the user information (when the agent has not filled out the information),
or change the user information:
- Log in to the admin console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- From
the agent list, right-click on the agent to enter/change information
and click Change User Information, or click Send Management Command on
the top and then Manage Agent > Change
User Information.
- In <Change User Information>, enter or
change the following information:
- Name: The agent's name.
- Member of: The agent's name department.
- Phone No.: The agent's phone number.
- Email Address: The agent's email address.
- Employee No.: The agent's employee number.
- Click OK.
