Collecting AhnReport

Collect AhnReport from client computers.

To collect AhnReport from agents:

1. Log in to the admin console.
2. Go to Management > Agent.
3. Select System/Group, or send Collect AhnReport command to the agent as below:

• Right-click on System/Group and click Collect AhnReport.

•  From the agent list, right-click on the agent to collect AhnReport from and click Collect AhnReport, or click Send Management Command on the top and then Collect AhnReport .

4. In <Collect AhnReport>, specify the following setting:

• Timeout: The timeout time for sending the command to collect AhnReport.

5. To collect AhnReport, click Yes, and if not, click No.
