Running Manual Update

Run manual update when the group or agent's engine has not been updated and needs to be updated right away. Select a domain or group, or the agents on which to run manual update.

1. Log in to the admin console.
2. Go to Management > Agent.
3. Select System/Group, or send Manual Update command to the agent as below:

•  Right-click on System/Group and click V3 > Manual Update.

•  From the agent list, right-click on the agent to run manual update on and click Manual Update, or click Send Management Command on the top and then V3 > Manual Update.

4. In <Manual Update>, select the item to update.

• Select a program: Select a program to update.

5. Click OK.
