Security Product

On this page, you can check the overview information about the security products installed on the agent and add, change and distribute accordingly.

 

The install packages that are available depending on your license are shown below.

 

Overview

For each type of the installed security product, you can see the overview of applicable agents.

 

Distributing Install Packages

To distribute an install package of the security product to the agents, complete the following steps.

  1. Go to Management > Security Product. Under the applicable security product, click Upload.
  2. On the pop-up, click Send OTP and enter the OTP sent to your email address. Then click OK.
  3. Click Browse.. and select the install package.
  4. Once uploaded, verification of the digital signature will run automatically. Note that you will only be able to complete the upload if the file original and integrity is verified.
  5. Once successful, click OK to close the pop-up.
  6. On the main screen, click Distribute and select the groups to distribute the uploaded package.
  7. Click Distribute to send out the package to all agents within the select groups.

 

Changing Install Packages

You can change uploaded install package to a different package, or simply delete the existing install package.

  1. Under the applicable security product, click Change.
  2. On the pop-up, click Send OTP and enter the OTP sent to your email address. Then click OK.
  3. Either select to simply Delete existing install package or Delete existing install package and upload new.
  4. Then follow the guidelines to complete the step.
