Response Overview
Check the task status by command, advanced rule, policy
and response schedule; send the command to retry failed tasks; and search
for tasks by period.
From Response Overview,
you can:
- Check
response by status
- Check
response status by task type
- Check
response status by product type
- Check
response status by command type
- Check response status by date
Note
Select the period - Last 24 hours,
Last 48 hours, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days or User-defined
- on the top right. In User-defined, click the calendar

) to
specify the date and clock (
) to specify
the time.
Check Response Overview
Check the progress, response type, response target, admin account, response
details and response start time and finish time date. Backup runs in the
background and you can send the command to retry failed tasks. To check
the response status:
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Overview
tab.
- Check each response status and send the command
to retry failed tasks.
- Cancel Task: When a task is In Progress or
Failed, it can be canceled.

): Click to retry
any in progress or failed tasks. You can change the retry period from
Settings > System > System
Settings.
- Status: The command status - In
Progress (
), Complete
(Succeeded) (
) and Complete (Failed) (
).
- Type: The task type (Remote
Command, Advanced Rules, Policy and Scheduled Responses).
- Product: The product type (Common, V3, HIPS,
and AC).
- Task: The remote command type (Restart Agent,
Send Notice, Remote Control, Uninstall Agent, Check Service Status,
Integrity Check, Change Communication Server, Change User Info, Reset
User Info, Get Software Info, Deploy Policy, Distribute Security Product,
Run Malware Scan, Optimize System, Collect AhnReport, Run Manual Update
(V3), Uninstall Security Product (V3), Run Manual Update (Security
Agent), Analyze IPS Recommendation Environment, Enable IPS/Firewall
Emergency OFF, Disable IPS/Firewall Emergency OFF, Run Manual Update
(HIPS), Uninstall Security Product (HIPS), Change Operation Mode,
Reset Inventory, Allow Blacklisted File, Run Manual Update (AC), Uninstall
Security Product (AC)).

- Target: The target to receive the response
command.
- Admin: The admin account that sent the command.
- Details: The command details.
- Started: The time the command was sent.
- Ended: The time the command was completed.
- To check detailed information, select an item.
- In <Detailed Response Status>, check the
details.
- Task Type: The response command type.
- Status: The command status - In Progress, Retrying,
Success and Fail.
- Started: The time the command was sent.
- Ended: The time the command was completed.
- Admin IP: The admin account that sent the command.
- Target: The target that received the response
command.
- Retry: Retry the failed task in all agents
or selected agents.
- Selected agents: Retry the failed task in selected
agents.
- All agents: Retry the failed task in all agents.
- Agent IPs: The IP address of the agent that
received the command.
- Computer Name: The agent computer's name.
- User Name: The agent's user name.
- Details: The command details.
