Update
Configure the update settings of the agents.
To configure the update settings:
- Click Policy/Advanced
Rule on the top.
- Select the Policy
tab.
- Click Add > V3 Policy
> V3 Net 9.0.
- To configure the data storage settings, go to
Maintenance > Update, and specify
the following fields:
- Enable automatic updates: Check whether the
agent is updated after booting the computer by connecting to the update
server within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Update every: Run the update by connecting
to the update server at the specified time. The update interval can
be set from 1 hour to 24 hours. The default value is 3 hours.
- Enable scheduled update: Run the update at
a specified time.
- To configure the advanced settings of update,
go to Maintenance > Update > Advanced
Settings, and specify the following fields.
- Download V3 patch file when updating: Download
patch files for V3 programs when updating.
- Check data integrity of update files: Check
the integrity of downloaded update files.
- Apply stable updates (Do not use the latest
version): Download the previous version of update files.
- Use a specific server for manual updates: Select
a way to update.
- EPP server address: Use the EPP server as an
update server.
- User-defined Server Address: Download update
files through a server defined by a user when it is difficult for
a system to connect to the default server.
- Update Retry: Specify the number of update
retry. The default value is 15. You can enter between 1 and 99.
- After configuration, click Save.
If you want to get back to the default settings, click Default.
- When the <Add Policy> window appears,
select a target to apply the policy.
- When a confirming message appears, click OK.
