Log Transfer
Admin tasks or all events occurred in the agents can
be transferred to the server.
Transfer Log Settings
You can configure the log types to transfer to the server from the agent.
The agent transfers the configured log types only. You can configure the
log transfer settings in the following way.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Agent > Log
Transfer Settings in the left side of the page.
- Enter the required information in Log
Transfer Settings.
- Agent Log: Agent related logs.
- EPP Agent Events: Results of the applied polices
delivered to the agents.
- V3 Log: V3
product related logs.
- Malware Warning:
Detected or removed malware logs in the agent.
- Scan/Real-time
Scan Events: Scan and real-time scan run by security program.
- Internet Security
Events: Firewall and network intrusion prevention logs.
- Device
Control Events: If Device Control is enabled in V3 ES 9.0, logs regarding
changes on device control settings or operation like device control
initiation can be viewed.
- EDR
Logs: EDR related logs. Click Select All to transfer all the EDR logs.
- EDR
Agent Events: Events occurred in the EDR agents, including the policy
application status (success/failure) and type of applied policy.
- Suspicious
Behavior Events: Suspicious behavior logs.
- Windows
Events: Windows system logs.
- APrM
Agent Event: Events occurred in the APrM agents, including the policy
application status (success/failure) and type of applied policy.
- Personal
Information Management Event: Personal information events, including
search time, agents with personal information, level of searched files
and action.
- Personal
Information Detection Event: Personal information detection events,
including level and type of detected files.
- Print
Event: Print events, including personal information file printing
time, process name and print number.
- Log Transfer Interval: Configure the log transfer
interval.
- Interval: Enter the log transfer interval.
Transfer interval should be from 1 to 120. (Default: 5 mins)
- Select Settings
on the bottom of the page.
