V3 Security Settings

You can check the agent security based on the date of last engine update of V3 product installed in the agent and manual scan run. If the date of engine update and manual scan in the agent exceeds the date configured, the agent will be considered vulnerable.

V3 Security Settings

You can configure the last V3 engine update date and security level for manual scan in the following way.

1. Select Settings on the top of the page.

2. Select Agent > V3 Security Settings in the left side of the page.

• Last Engine Update: Days passed after the last engine update was run. Last engine update should be between 1 and 3 days. (Default: 3 days) ex) If you enter 3 days, the agent will be regarded secure for the next 3 days after the last engine update is done. From 4 days since the last update, agent will be regarded insecure.

• Last Manual Scan: Days passed after the last manual scan was run. Last manual scan should be between 1 and 7 days. (Default: 7 days) ex) If you enter 7 days, the agent will be regarded secure for the next 7 days after the last manual scan is done. From 8 days since the last update, agent will be regarded insecure.

3. Select Settings on the bottom of the page.
