Virtual Group Settings
Virtual group is not the real group in the domain but
agents grouped arbitrarily due to management requirement. Virtual group
has risk group and duplicate group.
Risk
Group Settings
Risk group
is not the real group in the domain but agents grouped arbitrarily based
on the risk level. If the policies have not applied to the agent for a
long time, and if the agent does not access the server, they can be considered
very insecure. Such agents can be specially managed by grouping as risk
group. You can configure the risk group settings in the following way.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Group Settings
> Virtual Group Settings from the left side of the page.
- Specify the required information in Risk
Group Settings.
- Risk
Level: If the policies have not applied to the agent during the specified
period, and if the agent does not access the server, they can be considered
very insecure.
- Duration
of policy not deployed If the policies have not applied to the agent
during the specified period, they can be considered very insecure.
Duration of policy not deployed: The values between 0 and 364, and
00 and 23 must be entered. (Default: 7 days)
- Disconnected
period: If the policies have not applied to the agent during the specified
period, they can be considered very insecure. Retention period
should be between 0 and 364.(Default: 7 days)
- Delete agents from Pending Group at regular
interval: Based on the interval, the agents in the risk group
will be automatically deleted.
- Interval: The agents in the risk group will
be deleted on the specified date. Delete interval should be between
1 and 30.(Default: 7 days)
Click OK.
Duplicate
Group Settings
Duplicate group indicates the group of agents with multiple agents registered
in one computer. Duplicate agent can be made when the computer IP address
or computer name is changed. If the registered same agent is more than
two, the agent will be moved to the duplicate group, You can configure
the duplicate group settings in the following way.
- Select Settings
on the top of the page.
- Select Group Settings
> Virtual Group Settings from the left side of the page.
- Select Duplicate Group
Settings and then specify the required information.
- Criteria
Choose the criteria to categorize the agent into the duplicate group.
- IP Address: The
agents with the same IP address will be categorized as duplicate group.
The default criteria is IP address.
- MAC address: The
agents with the same MAC address will be categorized as duplicate
group.
- Computer Name:
The agents with the same computer name will be categorized as duplicate
group
- NT
Domain: The agents with the same NT domain name will be categorized
as duplicate group.
- Delete agents from Duplicate Group at regular
interval: Based on the interval, the agents in the duplicate group
will be automatically deleted.
- Interval: Delete interval should be between
1 and 30.(Default: 30 days)
- Click OK.
