Checking Integrity
Check the integrity of files in the agent installation
folder.
- Log in to the web console.
- Go to Management >
Agent Status.
- Select Domain/Group, or send Manage
Agent > Check Integrity command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on Domain/Group and click Manage Agent > Check Integrity.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to check integrity and click Check Integrity, or click Send Management Command on
the top and then Manage Agent > Check
Integrity.
- The message, "Do
you want to check the integrity of the agent?", will appear.
Click Yes. Check the result in Response
Status.
