Managing Shared Folders

Check the shared folder information in domains, groups or agent computers; collect shared folder information that could cause security issues; and disable sharing of all shared folders in the agents.

 

Import Shared Folder Information

Select the domain, group or agent to check the shared folder information, and check the shared folder information in  Agent Details - folder name, path, sharing method and permissions.

  1. Log in to the web console.
  2. Go to Management > Agent.
  3. Send the Import Shared Folder Information command to the agent as below:
  1. The message, "Do you want to import the shared folder information of the agent?", will appear. Click Yes.

Check shared folder information in Agent Details > Shared Folder.

 

Disable Sharing of All Folders

Disable sharing of all folders in domains, groups or agent computers. Sharing of all folders can be disabled not only in individual agents, but also in groups or domains. Before disabling sharing, make sure you selected the correct agent, group or domain.

  1. Log in to the web console.
  2. Go to Management > Agent.
  3. Send the Disable Sharing of All Folders command to the agent as below:
  1. The message, "Do you want to stop sharing a folder of the agent?", will appear. Click Yes to disable sharing, and if not, click No. Check the result in Response Status.
