Managing Assets
Import the agent computer's hardware and software installation
information. The information is updated whenever the Manage Asset command
is executed, so it is always the latest information.
Note
Check asset information in Agent
Details > Asset Information.
Import Software Information
Check the software installed
on agents as below:
- Log in to the web console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select Domain/Group, or send Import
Software Information command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on Domain/Group and click Manage Asset > Import Software Information.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to import software information from and click Import
Software Information,
or click Send Management Command
on the top and
then Manage Asset > Import Software
Information.
- The message, "Do
you want to import the software information of the agent?",
will appear. Click Yes to import the
software information, and if not, click No.
Check the result in Response Status.
Import Hardware Information
Check the hardware installed
on agents as below:
- Log in to the web console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select Domain/Group, or send Import
Hardware Information command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on Domain/Group and click Manage Asset > Import Hardware Information.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to import hardware information from and click Import
Hardware Information,
or click Send Management Command
on the top and
then Manage Asset > Import Hardware
Information.
- The message, "Do
you want to import the hardware information of the agent?",
will appear. Click Yes to import the
hardware information, and if not, click No.
Check the result in Response Status.
Check Software Installation
- Log in to the web console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select
Domain/Group, or send Check Software
Installation
command to the agent as below:
- Right-click
on Domain/Group and click Manage Asset
> Check Software Installation.
- From
the agent list, right-click on the agent and click Check
Software Installation,
or click Send Management Command on the top and then
Manage Asset > Check Software Installation.
- The message, "The
required software will be installed in the agents and software information
will be imported. Do you want to continue?", will appear.
Click Yes to import the hardware information,
and if not, click No. Check the result
in Response Status.
