Running Manual Update

Run manual update when the group or agent's engine has not been updated and needs to be updated right away. Select a domain or group, or the agents on which to run manual update.

1. Log in to the web console.
2. Go to Management > Agent.
3. Select Physical System/Group, or send Manual Update command to the agent as below:

•  Right-click on Physical System/Group and click V3 > Manual Update.

•  From the agent list, right-click on the agent to run manual update on and click Manual Update, or click Send Management Command on the top and then V3 > Manual Update.

4. In <Manual Update>, select the item to update.

• Select a program: Select a program to update - PPM Agent, V3 for Mac, V3 ES 9.0, V3 IS 9.0, V3 Net 9.0, V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server, EDR Agent. All the programs are selected as default.

5. Click OK.
