Agent Group Information
You can check the agent information by group, patch
installation status, software installation status, and policy status in
the agent status.
Note
You can check the details about the agent group in Group under Agent
Status by clicking the name or the group
description of connected agent or pending agent
to move to the screen for the agent group information.
Summary
You can send a command over the selected group in the summary. You can
also check the EPP Agent Status, V3 Status,
or Agent Status.
Send Management Command
Sends a management
command to an agent belonging to a group or collects the required
information using the management command.
EPP Agent Status
Shows the status of EPP agent.
- Status: Views the connected
agents, pending agents, and duplicate agents connected to the
EPP agent server.
- Connected Agents (
): Displays
the number of agents connected to the server.
- Pending Agents (
): Displays
the number of agent in the pending group. The pending group indicates
a virtual group, which includes the agents by severity level defined
in the group settings.
- Duplicate Agents (
): Displays
the agents belonging to the duplicate group. The duplicate group indicates
a virtual group, which includes the local system having multiple agents
registered. Duplicate agent can be made when the computer IP address
or computer name is changed.
- Policy Status: Indicates the EPP agent policies
are applied to an agent. The application status of policy is as following;
distributing (
), distributed (

failed (
), individual policy (
).
- Integrity: Displays the integrity check result
for an EPP agent file. According to the integrity check result, a
normal file is shown as normal, a corrupted
file is shown as corrupted.
V3 Status
Displays the V3 status.
- Desktop Computer: Displays the number of the
agents with the V3 program and other programs installed in the desktop.
ex) AhnLab V3 Endpoint Security 9.0 (2000)
- Server Computer Displays the V3 programs installed
in the server computer and the number of the agents with the V3 program
installed. ex) V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server(50)
- Latest Engine Version: Displays the latest
version of engine. Displays the latest version of engine and the number
of agents where the latest engine is applied. ex) 2018.08.06.02

The latest version of engine
indicates the settings specified in Last Engine
Update under Settings > Agent > V3 Security Check Settings.
Displays APrM Installation Status, Policy Status, Personal Information
Management Status and Personal Information Leak Status.
Displays ESA Installation Status, Policy Status, Vulnerability Score
and Security Level Assessment.
Licensed security product installation
status
Displays licensed security product
installation status by period in graph form.
Note
For
the agent status, select either Last 7 days
or Last
30 days to view
the details of the agent status.
- Installed
EPPM Agents: Displays the number of installed EPPM agents.
- V3
Installation: Displays the number of V3 installations (both V3 for
desktop and server).
- EDR
Installation Count: Displays the number of installed EDR agents.
Agent Status
Displays the agent status by date in chart.
Note
For the
agent status, select either last 7 days
or last
30 days to view
the details of the agent status.
- Engine
Update(%): Displays the V3 engine update rate by date.
- Manual
Scan(%): Displays the manual scan rate by date.
Policy
You can send a management command to the
selected group, and also can check the policy status (distributing, distributed,
failed, and individual policy) by policy type (EPPM Agent Policy,
V3 policy, EDR policy) Click Change on
the column for Change Policy to modify the details by policy type.
Note
You can create the detailed policy by policy type in Policy > Advanced Rules > Policy.
