Security Program Status

Check the status of the security program installed on the agent - installation, engine update, real-time scan, license and integrity check status. AhnLab V3 Internet Security 9.0, AhnLab V3 Endpoint Security 9.0, AhnLab V3 for Mac, AhnLab V3 Net for Windows Server 9.0, AhnLab V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server, AhnLab EDR Agent, can be installed on the agent.

From Security Program, you can:

• Add security program installation package
• Modify security program installation package
• Deploy security program installation package

Security Program Status

Register the installation package for the security program (AhnLab V3 Internet Security 9.0, AhnLab V3 Endpoint Security 9.0, AhnLab V3 for Mac, AhnLab V3 Net for Windows Server 9.0, AhnLab V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server, AhnLab EDR Agent) to install on the agent, and distribute it. If the installation package is registered, Installation Package Registered () will be displayed, and if not registered, Installation Package Not Registered () will be shown. Register, modify and change the installation package as below:

• Register: Register the installation package to the domain. If OTP is enabled, OTP authentication is needed to register the package to the server.
• Deploy: Deploy a registered installation package.
• Change: Change a registered installation package. To change an installation package, it needs to be deleted first.
• Installation Rate: The installation rate of the security program in percentage.
• Installed: The number of agents that installed the security program.
• Not installed: The number of agents that have not installed the security program.
• Engine Update Rate: The engine update rate of the security program.
• Latest Engine: The number of agents that updated the engine to the latest version.
• Old Engine: The number of agents using the old engine.
• Real-time Scan: The number of agents using Real-time Scan. The number next to is the number of agents that enabled Real-time Scan, and the number next to is the number of agents that disabled Real-time Scan.
• License Expired: The number of agents with expired security program.

Register

To register the installation package for security programs:

1. Click Management on the top.
2. From the menu, select Management > Security Program.
3. Select the security program to register and click Register.
4. In <Register (Security Program) Installation Package>, click Send authentication number in OTP Authentication.

• Enter authentication number: Enter the OTP you received via email. The OTP will be sent to the email address you entered when creating an administrator account.

5. Click OK. <Register Installation Package> will appear.

6. Click Browse... and upload the installation package.
7. Check the digital signature. If it cannot be verified, you need to upload the installation package again.
8. When the digital signature is verified, the V3 installation package will be registered. Check the time taken to register the file.

9. Click OK when the package transfer is completed.

Note

The OTP will be sent to the administrator's email address.

Deploy

To deploy a registered security program installation package:

1. Click Management on the top.
2. From the menu, select Management > Security Program.
3. Select the security program to deploy, and click Deploy.
4. In <Deploy V3 Installation Package>, select the groups to which to deploy the installation package, and click Deploy.

5. The message, "Do you want to deploy (Installation Package Name) to the agent?", will appear. To deploy the package, click Yes, and if not, click  No.

Change

To change a registered security installation package:

1. Click Management on the top.
2. From the menu, select Management > Security Program.
3. Select a security program to change, and click Change.
4. From <Change Installation Package> for each security program, go to One-time Password and click Send OTP.

• Enter Password: Enter the OTP received via the email address registered when creating your admin account.

5. Click OK.
6. Select an installation package change option.

• Delete the existing installation package: Delete the existing installation package.
• Register again after deleting the existing installation package: Register the existing installation package again after deleting it.

7. Click OK.
8. The page to delete the registered installation package will appear. If you select Register again after deleting the existing installation package, the page to register the installation package will appear.
