Response Status
Check the task status by command, advanced rule, policy
and response schedule; send the command to retry failed tasks; and search
for tasks by period.
From Response Status, you
can:
- Check
response status (In Progress or Complete)
- Check
response status by policy (management command, advanced rule, policy
and response schedule)
- Check
response status by by task type
- Check
response status by period
- Check
response details by task type
Note
Select the period - Last 24 hours,
Last 48 hours, Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days or User-defined
- on the top right. In User-defined, click the calendar icon (
) to specify the date and
clock icon (
)
to specify the time.
Check Response Status
Check the progress, response type, response target, administrator account,
response details and response start time and finish time date. Backup
runs in the background and you can send the command to retry failed tasks.
To check the response status:
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Status
tab.
- Check each response status and send the command
to retry failed tasks.
- Cancel Task: When a task is In Progress or
Failed, it can be canceled.
- Retrying: When a task is In Progress or Failed,
it can be retried by sending the command to the agent again. When
the task Retry Period has been expired, it cannot be retried. Change
the Retry Period from Settings > System >
System Settings.

- Restart Agent: Restart the agent to check the
task result.
- Send Notification: Send a message to the agent
user in real-time.
- Remote Control: Connect
to the agent remotely.
- Delete Agent: Delete an agent.
- Check Service Status: Check whether the agent's
service is running properly.
- Check Integrity: Check the integrity of the
agent installation folder.
- Change Agent Communication: Change the agent's
server. The agent will get the update files and policies from the
new server.
- Change User Information: Move the selected
agent to another group, delete an agent or modify the agent's user
information.
- Initialize User Information: Initialize the
agent's user information.
- Import Shared Folder Information: Import shared folder information (name, path,
sharing method and permission) from
the selected domain, group or agent.
- Disable All Folder Sharing: Disable all folder sharing of selected domain, group
or agent.
Caution
Disable All Folder Sharing not
only disables the sharing of folders in individual agents, but also all
the agents in the selected domain or group, so check the target before
disabling file-sharing.
Note
If you block the network, the network connection will be
blocked until you disable it.
- Target: The target to receive the response
command.
- Administrator: The administrator account that
sent the command.
- Summary: The command details.
- Start Time: The time the command was sent.
- Finish Time: The time the command was completed.
- Select and click the item to check the details.
- In <Detailed Response Status>, check the
details.
- Task Type: The response command type.
- Status: The command status - In Progress (
),
Retrying (
), Complete (Succeeded) (
) and Complete (Failed)

- Start Time: The time the command was sent.
- Finish Time: The time the command was completed.
- Administrator Account (IP): The administrator
account that sent the command다.
- Target: The target that received the response
command.
- Retry: Retry the failed task in all agents
or selected agents.
- Selected agents: Retry the failed task in selected
agents. Click Retry to send the command
to the selected agents again.
- All agents: Retry the failed task in all agents.
- Agent IP Address: The IP address of the agent
that received the command.
- Computer Name: The agent computer's name.
- User Name: The agent's user name.
- Summary: The command details.
Response Status Search
Search for response statuses by status, type and task as below:
- Click Response
on the top.
- Click the Response Status
tab.
- Select a search condition (status, type and
task) or enter a search keyword.
- Click Search

). To initialize the
search, click (
).
- To search by period, specify the period on the
right.
- Check the search results.
