Resetting Inventory

This feature lets you select a domain, group, or agent to reset the inventory policies that was specified to control the execution of specific files within the agent, and switch to collection mode. The method to reset the inventory policies is as follows:

The method to reset the inventory policies that was specified to control the execution of specific files within the agent and switch to collection mode is as follows:

  1. Login to the web management screen.
  2. Select Management > Agent Connections.
  3. You can select from Physical System/Cloud System/Group or command to Reset Inventory from individual agent. The locations where you can command are as follows:
  1. Then a message stating Do you want to send the Reset Inventory command to the selected targets? will appear. To reset the inventory policy, press Yes, if not, press No. You can check the command result from Response Overview.
