Resetting User Information
This feature resets the specified agent user info. The
method to reset user info is as follows:
- Login to the web management screen.
- Select
Management > Agent.
- You can select from System/Group or command
to Reset User Info from individual
agent. The locations where you can command are as follows:
- Upon selecting System/Group: Right-click, then
click Agent Management > Reset User Info.
- If selecting individual agent: Select the agent
that will issue a command from the agent list, and right-click Reset User Info,
or from Send Command at above,
click Agent Management > Reset User Info.
- Once the message stating Do
you want to reset the user information? appears, press Yes. You can check the command result from
Response Overview.
