Resetting User Information

This feature resets the specified agent user info. The method to reset user info is as follows:


  1. Login to the web management screen.
  2. Select Management > Agent.
  3. You can select from System/Group or command to Reset User Info  from individual agent. The locations where you can command are as follows:
  1. Once the message stating Do you want to reset the user information? appears, press Yes. You can check the command result from Response Overview.
