Deleting Agents
Delete agents based on the set agent policy.
- Log in to the admin console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select System/Group, or send Delete
Agent command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on System/Group and click Manage Agent > Delete Agent.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to delete and click Delete Agent, or click Send Management Command on
the top and then Manage Agent > Delete
Agent.
- Select Delete
agent information or Uninstall
agent program in <Delete Agent>.
- Delete agent information: The agent information
disappears from the console, but when the agent communicates with
the server again, it is displayed in the agent again.
- Uninstall agent program: Uninstalls tje agent
program by sending the uninstall command to the agent. When the agent
is removed normally, the agent information disappears from the agent,
and it is not displayed on the screen until the program is reinstalled.
The options that can be displayed are as follows:
- Allow after password input: Allow the user
to delete the agent when the password specified in
Settings > Agent > Password > Agent Management Password
is correctly entered.
- Allow after OTP authentication: Allow the user
to delete the agent when the correct OTP is entered.
Note
The OTP authentication number is sent to the email or phone
set in Configuring Agent Settings.
- Always allow: Always allow the user to delete
the agent.
- Always deny: Never allow the user to delete
the agent.
- Click OK.
