Restarting Agents
Restart an agent, or change the agent operation mode
or communication server.
To restart the agent after completing a process:
- Log in to the admin console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select System/Group, or send Restart
Agent command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on System/Group and click Manage Agent > Restart Agent.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to restart and click Restart Agent, or click Send Management Command.
- The message, "Do
you want to restart the agent?", will appear. Click Yes.
- The result will appear. You can also check the
result from Response Overview.
- Succeeded: Succeeded
to restart the agent.
- Failed: Failed to
restart the agent.
