Restarting Agents

Restart an agent, or change the agent operation mode or communication server.

 

To restart the agent after completing a process:

  1. Log in to the admin console.
  2. Go to Management > Agent.
  3. Select System/Group, or send Restart Agent command to the agent as below:
  1. The message, "Do you want to restart the agent?", will appear. Click Yes.
  1. The result will appear. You can also check the result from Response Overview.
