Sending Notification
Send notifications to the agents in real-time. The agent can check the notifications from the
agent icon on the taskbar.
Note
Sending notification is a feature available only for agents
installed on Windows.
- Log in to the admin console.
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select System/Group, or send Send
Notification command to the agent as below:
- Right-click on System/Group and click Manage Agent > Restart Agent.
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to send notification to and click Send Notification, or click Send Management Command .
- In <Send Notification>, enter the Title, Sender, and notification message.
- Title: Enter the notification's title.
- Sender: Enter the sender's name. Usually the
admin's name.
- Recipient: Select a group or agent.
- Message: Enter the notification. You can attach
images and hyper-links, but not files. (Max. 10M in email html)
- Click OK. The result
will appear. You can also check the result from Response
Status.
- The notification was sent.
- Failed to send the notification.
Note
Notifications will be sent to all sub-groups or agents
in the selected domain or group. Select the group or agent to send the
notification to, and run the following command.
