Ending Malware Scan

End malware scan is a function to terminate the malware scan running on the agent installed system by selecting a domain, group, or agent.

Note

End Malware Scan command will apply only to V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server.

1. Log in to the web administrative page.
2. Select Management > Agent.
3. Select a System/Group or an individual agent, and run a End Malware Scan command. You can run the command in the following locations:

• If a system or a group is selected: Right-click and then select V3 > End Malware Scan.
• When an individual agent is selected: Select the required agent to run a command from the agents list, and then right-click and select End Malware Scan or click V3 > End Malware Scan from Send Command.

4. Select a scan type in <End Malware Scan> and click OK.

• Scheduled scan: Ends the running scheduled scan in V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server.
• Manual scan: Ends the running manual scan in V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server.
• All scheduled/manual scan: Ends the running scheduled/manual scan in V3 Net for Unix/Linux Server.

5. A message Do you want to send malware scan command to the selected target? appears. To scan for a malware, click Yes, to not run a scan, click No. You can check the command result at Response Overview.
