Checking Service Status

Check the agent's service status and the details.

Check Service Status is the function for individual agents.

 

To check the service status:

  1. Go to Management > Agent.
  2. Select Domain/Group, or send Manage Agent > Check Service Status command to the agent as below:
  1. The message, "Do you want to check the agent service status of the agent?", will appear. Click Yes.
  1. The agent computer's service status will appear in message form as below:
  1. Click OK. Check the result in Response Overview.

Note

The more the number of agents in a group, the longer it will take to check the service status.
