Checking Service Status
Check the agent's service status
and the details.
Note
Check Service Status is the function for individual agents.
To check the service status:
- Go to Management >
Agent.
- Select Domain/Group, or send Manage
Agent > Check Service Status command to the agent as below:
- From the agent list, right-click on the agent
to check service status and click Check Service
Status,
or click Send Management Command
on the top and
then Manage Agent > Check Service
Status.
- The message, "Do
you want to check the agent service status of the agent?",
will appear. Click Yes.
- The agent computer's service status will appear
in message form as below:
- The agent service is running.: The agent computer
is turned on and connected to the network, and the agent service is
running.
- The agent service is not running.: The agent
computer is turned on and connected to the network, but the agent
service is not running.
- The agent service was terminated or a network
error occurred.: The agent computer is turned off or there is a problem
in the network connection.
- Click OK. Check
the result in Response Overview.
Note
The more the number of agents in a group, the longer it
will take to check the service status.
