Sync Now

Synchronize Now is a feature that immediately runs synchronization to update the account info of the cloud system linked to the CPP to the most recent version. Follow the steps below to synchronize immediately.

1. Login to the web management screen.
2. Select Management > Agent.
3. Select Cloud System/Group and issue Synchronize Now command. The locations where you can command are as follows:

• If selecting a cloud system or the group of cloud system: Right click and click Sync Now.
• If selecting Account Integration or individual cloud system (AWS, Azure): Right click and click Sync Now.

4. If the message ‘Do you want to send the Sync Now command to the cloud system (AWS, Azure)?’ appears, press Yes.

5. The result of Synchronize Now command will be displayed on the screen. You can check the command result from Response Overview.
