Getting Quarantine information

Get quarantine info. is a function to get the V3 quarantine information of the system where the agent is installed.

Note

The quarantine information left on the V3 installed system is imported to the server.

To import the quarantine information:

1. Log in to the web administrative page.
2. Select Management > Agent.
3. Select an individual agent, and run Get Quarantine Info. command. You can run the command in the following locations:

• When an individual agent is selected: Select the required agent to run a command from the agents list, and then right-click and select Get Quarantine Info. or click V3 > Get Quarantine Info. from Send Command.

4. A message Do you want to get quarantine information of the agent? appears. Click Yes to get quarantine information, or click No to not get information. You can check the command result at  Response Overview.
