Managing Group
From
Group Settings, you can
add/modify/Remove new group under
system.
Note
<Add Group Rules>
- The maximum depth can be set from Default
Group, and the default is 10.
- The Default Group cannot be deleted; the name cannot be changed; and
a new group cannot be added to the group.
- The group name cannot be the same as the domain name.
- The group name cannot contain space.
- A group cannot be added to a group with the same name.
Add Group
Add a new group
under a system or
an existing group. To add a new group:
- Click
Management on the top.
- From
the menu, select Management > Agent.
- From Agent on the left, right-click on the
system or the group to which to add the group.
- Click
Manage Group > Add Group.
Note
Default group and disconnected
agent group cannot be added as a subgroup or deleted.
- In <Add Group>, enter the group name.
- Group Name: Enter the group name. The group
name must be up to 15 in length, containing alphanumeric and special
characters, except for \\ ” / ’ $ | , [ ] { }.
- Click OK.
Modify Group
To modify group information:
- Click Management
on the top.
- From the menu, select Management
> Agent.
- From Agent Status on the left, select the group
to modify the information.
- Click Manage Group >
Modify Group.
- Group Name: Enter the group name to modify.
The group name must be up to 15 in length, containing alphanumeric
and special characters, except for \\ ” / ’ $ | , [ ] { }.
- Click OK.
Delete Group
To delete a group:
- Click Management
on the top.
- From the menu, select Management
> Agent.
- From Agent Status on the left, select the group
to delete.
- Click Manage Group >
Delete Group
- Click OK.
