Importing Hardware Information

This feature imports the hardware info from the system that has agent installed. Import Software Info updates to new info at the moment the server admin issues a command, always updating the hardware info of the system with the installed agent to the latest version.

Import Hardware Information

You can check the software information installed on the agent. The method to import software of the agent computer is as follows:

1. Login to the web management screen.
2. Select Management > Agent.
3. You can select from System/Group or command to Import Software Info from individual agent. The locations where you can command are as follows:

• Upon selecting System/Group: Right-click, then click Manage Asset > Import Software Info.
• If selecting individual agent: Select the agent that will issue a command from the agent list, and right-click Import Software Info, or from Send Command at above , click Manage Asset > Import Software Info.

4. The following message will appear. Do you want to get the software information of the agent? To import the software information, press Yes, if not, press No. You can check the command result from Response Overview.
