Agent with Issue
Set the issue conditions, and display the number of
agents with issues by license.
Agent
with Issue provides the following information:
- Issue condition settings
- Number of agents with issues by license
Note
Only the issues set in [Issue Condition
Settings] will be detected as an issue.
Agent with Issue
Display the number of agents with the issues set in [Issue
Condition Settings] by license. Click the number below the agent
with issues in Dashboard > Summary to
go to Management > Agent
> Agent Issue Status and view the details
on the agents with issues.
Issue Condition Settings
Click [Issue Condition Settings] to set
the issue conditions by license. Only the issues set will be detected
as an issue. In <Issue Condition Settings>, specify the issue conditions
by license and click OK. The number of agents
that meet the specified issue conditions will be shown below each issue
in Agent with Issue.
Agent status by issue
Display the total number of agents with the set issues.
Note
If one agent has multiple issues, the agent will still
be counted as 1 in All agents with issue.
- All agents with issue: The total number of agents
with one or multiple issues.
- License expired: The total number of agents
with expired license.
- Integrity lost: The total number of agents with
lost integrity.
- Policy not deployed: The total number of agents
with policy not deployed.
V3
Display the agents with V3 license issues.
Click the number below each set condition to go to Management
> Agent
> Agent Issue Status and view the details
on the agents with issues.
- V3 not installed:
The number of agents with V3 not installed on desktop/server.
- Latest engine
not applied: The number of agents with the latest engine not applied.
The latest engine condition is based on V3 Security Check Settings
> Last Engine Update date.
- Manual Scan
not executed: The number of agents with manual scan not executed.
The manual scan condition is based on V3 Security Check Settings
> Last Manual Scan date.
- Real-time Scan
off: The number of agents with V3's real-time scan turned off.
- V3 policy not
applied: The number of agents with V3 policy not applied.
- Malware Detection
(Last 30 days): The number of agents with malware detected in the
last 30 days.
- V3 license expired:
The number of agents with V3 license expired.
- V3 integrity
lost: The number of agents with V3 integrity lost.
EDR
Display the agents with EDR license
issues. Click the number below each set condition to go to Management
> Agent
> Agent Issue Status and view the details
on the agents with issues.
- EDR not installed:
The number of agents with EDR not installed.
- Suspicious
Behavior Detection (Last 30 days): The number of agents with suspicious
behavior detected in the last 30 days.
- EDR policy
not applied: The number of agents with EDR policy not applied.
- EDR license
expired: The number of agents with EDR license expired.
- EDR integrity
lost: The number of agents with EDR integrity lost.
